Chicken Soup With Wheat


1 cup of wheat
1 whole chicken
1 bowl canned peas
1 celery
1 carrot
1 branch green onion
5 branch parsley
2 tablespoons tomato juice
1 tablespoon Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 black pepper


After selecting and washing the wheat, take it in a large container. Add enough water to pass over and wait for a few hours to soften. after peeling and washing, cut celery, carrots and green onion into the small cubes. Cut the leaves of the celery thinly. Clean the chicken and put it the whole in the pot. Add the vegetables that you cut. Add 12 cup of water, salt and black pepper pieces and cook about an hour. Take the cooked chicken out of the pot and put a plate. Boil the remaining water in the pot and add peas, wheat and tomato juice. Cook on a low heat for about 50 minutes. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into thin strips. Add chicken meat in the soup that is close to cooked. After adding finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper and Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil, boil one more time and serve hot.
