Bat With Walnut


1 cup of green lentils
1 cup of thin bulgur
Half a bunch green onion
Half a bunch of dill
Half a bunch of parsley
Half a bunch of basil (reyhan)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 lemon
1 tomato
1 cup walnut
250 grams of vine leaf
Crushed chillies

Add washed 1 cup green lentil in a pot and add 3 cups of boiling onto it. When lentil is cooked add 1 cup of thin bulgur and wait it for half an hour. Cut a bunch of green onion, dill, parsley and basil finely. Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 lemon juice, salt, crushed chillies and cube of chopped tomatoes to lentil mixture with bulgur. Finaly add herbs and crushed walnut then serve with vine leaves that boiled very little in boiled water and Berry Mixed Pickles...
