Artichoke Filling With Mince

2 artichokes
1 little cup of rice
150 grams mince
1 tomato
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 sweet spoon tomato paste
1 sweet spoon pepper paste
1 sweet spoon mint
1 tea spoon pimento
1 tablespoon Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black pepper
Crushed chillies
sea salt

It is prepared by cutting the stems of artichokes. Then wash the leaves carefully and let them wait to be filled. For the inner material, chop the onion and tomato finely, shred the garlic. Add all ingredients to washed rice. Fill the leave beginning from the lower leaves of the artichoke. Put them in a large pot which you can fit the artichokes. A little Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil is circulated on it. Put boiling water on it until half of ingredients. Add salt. First boil it on high fire then cook it on low fire about 45-50 minutes.
