Egg-Roasted Red Pepper


Berrak Roasted Red Sliced Peppers

3 food spoons Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 eggs

Salt, black pepper


How is it done?

Half the jar sifting the water of the Berrak Roasted Red Sliced Pepper. Take the olive oil and the roasted pepper to the chop. Roasted peppers until roasted. Break the eggs and cook in the oven you like. You can add salt and spices as you wish, and you can decorate it with parsley.
