Vegetable Soup


4 carrots
4 potatoes
1 medium onion
50 grams of broccoli
1 celery
1 tea cup Berrak Olive Oil
5 tablespoons flour



Cut up 4 pieces of carrots and potatoes, 1 medium onion, a little broccolin and 1 celery in very small pieces. Put and boil vegetables, 2 glasses of water and salt in a pot. In anather pot, roast 1 tea cup Berrak Olive Oil and 5 tablespoons of flour. Add cold water slowly over it. Add boiled vegetables to the roasted flour and boil about 45 minutes. Bon appetit!
