The recipe of black rice


Ingredients (for 2 people)

• 1 Cup Rice
• 2 Tablespoons Oil or Butter
• 3 Cups of Hot Water
• Salt





Leave a cup of black rice 1 hour in hot water. Filtering the water, wash the rice one more time and roast in 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter on medium fire about 10-12 minutes. After the roasting process is finished, add 3 cups of hot water. Add enough salt and cook on high fire for 8 minutes. Just mix once and make the fire low. Leave on the low fire to cook about 30 minutes. Mix one more time. Cover on it with paper towels or cloth. Wait about 20 minutes. Serve hot. Thre is not such aroma and flavor. :)

The recipe of haricot bean


• 1 cup of haricot bean
• 4 tablespoons oil
• 4 cups water
• 1 onions
• 1 carrot
• 1 potato
• ½ tablespoon tomato sauce
• ½ tablespoon pepper paste
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Cummin


Leave a cup of haricot bean 2 hour in hot water. Filtering the water, wash the haricot bean one more time. Add tomato sauce and pepper paste and cotinue to roast with onions that you heve roasted in 4 tablespoons olive oil or butter. Add the haricot bean and roast on medium fire about 10-12 minutes.
