What is Canned Food?

Canned is a method to ensure foods are preserved without losing their nutritional value. Canned food, a lasting product, is made by filling raw fruit and vegetables into tins, glass jars or similar sufficient packaging and enclosing them with air tight, pasteurization and sterilization technologies to kill all possible rotting microorganisms in them.

We do not use any preservatives in our canned vegetables that we produce in our factory. Vegetables, while still fresh, are placed in jars with lightly salted pickle juice, in order to be pasteurized.
