Materials:
- 500 grams boneless chicken breast (diced)
- 1 jar of Berrak Gherkin Pickles (brine separated)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- Sunflower oil (for frying)
Preparation of:
- Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and pour the Berrak Gherkin Pickle brine over them. Leave the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate in the pickle juice.
- In another bowl, mix flour, red pepper powder, salt and black pepper.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.

- Prepare the chicken pieces for breading by coating them first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs or corn flakes.

Materials:
- 2 cups orzo
- 4 glasses of water
- 1 jar of Berrak Pickled Hot Peppers (chopped)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 handful of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sumac (optional)
Preparation of:
- Boil orzo in salt water and drain.
- Let the orzo cool.
- In a salad bowl, mix the cooled orzo, chopped Berrak Pickled Hot Peppers, finely chopped red onion and chopped fresh parsley.
