Your Personal Data may be processed by Zeytursan, as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

1. To Whom And For What Purpose The Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Collected third-party data is provided to our business partners, shareholders, suppliers, authorized services, dealers and distributors, legally authorized public and private institutions, private persons or organizations, and third parties in line with and limited to the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes. Personal data may be transferred publicly and processed at home or abroad, limited to the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and the purposes stated above.

1. Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Reasons

Zeytursan processes personal data directly from third parties, data learned in audio, electronic or written form through e-mail, postal mail, website, mobile application, fax, notifications from administrative and judicial authorities and other communication channels, pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. It collects in line with the following legal reasons stated in the articles:

• The process by which we process your personal data is clearly stipulated in the law (e.g., keeping log records regarding explicit consent in case of communication through the website),
• Sharing your personal data (e.g. sharing your information by contacting our Company),
• It is necessary to process your personal data, provided that we have established a contractual relationship with you or it is directly related to our performance obligation arising from this contract (e.g., we share your address information with the transportation company so that we can deliver the products we sell to you within the scope of the contract),
• Situations that are mandatory to fulfill our legal obligation (e.g. sharing information with authorized public institutions),
• We have to process data in order for us to establish a right for you, to enable you to exercise and protect this right (e.g., our company records your information so that we can respond to your requests and complaints),
• It is mandatory for us to process your data, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (e.g. processing of log records and IP addresses).

1. Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the Law as a Relevant Person Whose Data is Processed

In this context, as personal data owners, you can exercise your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law and forward your requests to our Company.
