One of the indispensable flavors of Turkish cuisine, pickled cucumbers are carefully prepared from soil to table. Harvested at their freshest in season, our cucumbers are processed by combining traditional recipes with a modern production approach. Produced in the fertile lands of the Aegean and Mediterranean regions, Berrak pickled cucumbers reach all corners of Türkiye and many parts of the world.
This special jar was produced in limited quantities for May 19 and labeled with an illustration by our young artist Semih Can Bayraktar.
