Canapés with Roasted Peppers and Labneh

Preparation:

Place the labneh in a bowl and mix well with the crushed garlic, a pinch of salt, and black pepper.

Slice the Berrak Roasted Peppers into thin strips.

Lightly toast the bread slices or crackers in the oven until crisp.

Spread the labneh mixture onto each slice and top with the roasted pepper strips.

Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley and serve.
