minutes, are enriched with avocado and crème fraîche, bringing joy to your table.
Divide the dough into 30 g portions and roll them into balls on a floured surface.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat. Place the rolled-out dough in the pan and cook each side for 20 seconds. Make sure to poke a few holes in the dough while cooking.
Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate. Top with sliced roasted peppers, diced avocado, and a dollop of crème fraîche.
Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Garnish with baby arugula. Enjoy!
