Green olives, which grow in the fertile lands of the Aegean and Mediterranean, are washed thoroughly and then placed in brine to release their bitterness. The seeds of the sweetened olives are removed by our machines. After the seeds of the green olives are removed, they are filled with red pepper and fermented. After these steps, the unique Berrak pepper stuffed olives are ready to be delivered to your tables.
