Don’t think that pickles cannot be eaten when winter is over. In fact, one of the best things that will protect us from summer heat and germs is vinegar. Applying the same methods in cases of diarrhea, which is frequently encountered in the summer months when the weather is hot, may be beneficial for your health. In hot weather, the occurrence of microbes in our environment increases, and we ingest many microbes into our bodies that will negatively affect our health. To prevent diarrhea, beneficial bacteria in the intestine must be increased. Consuming more foods such as vinegar, pickles, and homemade yogurt, known as fermented foods, has a protective effect.
