500 g diced chicken breast or boneless chicken thigh for skewers
1 cup Berrak Cornichon or Mixed Pickle Juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon thyme
½ teaspoon black pepper (Since pickle juice is already salty, we recommend tasting before adding extra salt)
