Put the butter and Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the pot. Add garlic, chopped onion and whole bell pepper.
Add bay leaf and black peppercorns and sauté for 1 minute.
Add dried thyme and Berrak Cooking Tomato Sauce and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh thyme and water and boil the sauce again over medium heat.
Lower the heat of the boiling sauce and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until it thickens.
Strain the cooked sauce using a strainer. To strain easily, stir the strainer with a spoon or spatula.
You can use the cooled sauce on your pizzas, flavor your pasta, and store it in the freezer for later use.

1 Berrak Cooking Tomato Sauce
1 bell pepper (whole)
3-4 cloves of garlic (whole)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 bay leaf
5-6 black peppercorns
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2-3 stalks of fresh thyme
2 tablespoons Berrak Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 spoonful butter
Salt (may not be added since tomato sauce is used)
1 glass of water
