Wash the potatoes and carrots thoroughly and peel them. Cut it into cubes and boil.

If you are going to use frozen or fresh peas, also boil the peas. If you are using canned peas, skip the boiling step.

Chop the Berrak Pickled Gherkins into cubes.

In a large mixing bowl, mix boiled potatoes, carrots, peas and pickles.

Whisk the mayonnaise and yogurt in a separate bowl and add them to the mixture.

Flavour with salt and blackpepper.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, then place it on a serving plate and decorate it with dill and similar herbs as you wish.
