Drain the pickles thoroughly, slice them obliquely and dry them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the soda.

Add the flour slowly and make a smooth dough.

Dip the pickles in this dough and cover them all over.

Heat the oil in a deep pan. Fry the pickles covered in batter in hot oil until they turn golden.

Place the fried pickles on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot and with the sauce of your choice.
